What a weekend! If you missed the London Motorcycle Show, here's our round-up and image gallery
London’s Royal Victoria Docklands lit up this past weekend with three days of high-octane action at the 2025 Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show.
A total of 29,122 bikers descended on the ExCel centre from Friday, February 14 to Sunday, February 16 to swing a leg over the latest machinery, and enjoy appearances from racing royalty including current MotoGP sensation, Pedro Acosta.
“To be honest, this is one of the best events that I’ve ever been to,” Factory KTM rider, Acosta told MCN during the Saturday. “It’s super nice to see how much love for the sport people have, and I really enjoyed it.

“I’ve been to many shows like this, but I never see this much love for the sport, and how much respect they have for the riders. Super happy to have been there.”
Alongside Acosta, showgoers were treated to an appearance from Moto2 star Jake Dixon, plus 29-time TT winner Michael Dunlop, who stopped by on the Sunday to collect his 2024 MCN Rider of the Year Award – winning it for the second year in succession.
“It was brilliant to welcome so many racing stars into this weekend’s event,” MCN Editor, Emma Franklin said. “I had the absolute pleasure of awarding Michael Dunlop his trophy, and to have so many fans welcome him onto the MCN World of Bikes Stage was the icing on the cake.”

Riders including John McGuinness, Neil Hodgson, Chris Walker, and Peter Hickman were also getting stuck into some bar banging flattrack action in the Live Action with Bridgestone arena – competing in heats with commentary supplied by broadcasting legend, Barry Nutley.
“This is the second time that I’ve come here, and I love it,” show visitor Mario Cunha told MCN, having flown into London from Berlin specifically for the event. “Back home, I don’t know of shows like this, and where I come from originally, they are not as big and don’t have this type of racing going on.”
Outside of the racing, there was a live auction to contend with, plus the Charley Boorman Adventure Base Camp stage telling tales of inspiring motorcycle trips across the globe.

Guest speakers included The Sidecar Guys, who completed a 15-month, 34,000-mile ride around the world in a scooter and sidecar outfit, as well as professional adventure rider, Nick Sanders MBE.
Elsewhere, there were appearances from a wide range manufacturers, including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, BMW, KTM, and more – with models from a number of manufacturers making their UK debuts at the event.
“We’ve brought 34 bikes with us this year,” BMW representative, Simon Roots explained. New-for-2025 machines included an updated S1000RR superbike, and R12S retro twin. The brand also laid on a rolling road with an A2-friendly G310R for people to sample a first taste of riding.

“This is a chance for those people that don’t ride to have their first interaction with bikes,” Roots continued. “We want to give people confidence and let them know what the next steps are. If you don’t try, you’re never going to find out.”
But that’s not all, with TV presenter Henry Cole joined by good friends Steve Parrish, Allen Millyard, and Guy ‘Skid’ Willison for a number of live talks, plus daily start-ups of the unique Norton Nemesis V8.
“I always like the London show because I think it’s more intimate,” Henry Cole told MCN. “Motorcycle News has been part of my life since I started buying it aged eight, so to be part of what goes on… it’s a privilege.”
