The Alstare Suzuki squad completed a further three days testing at Phillip Island this week despite persistent rumours that the teams 2008 plans could be in doubt due to a sponsorship shortfall.

The high profile three man squad of Yukio Kagayama, Fonsi Nieto and Max Neukirchner concentrated on new 2008 specification chassis, electronics and engine components.

Regardless of the teams financial system the Belgium based squad have full technical support from Suzuki Japan guaranteed for the coming season.

Having tested the previous week at the official WSB Pirelli test, where no.1 rider Yukio Kagayama topped the time sheets, the team used the additional three days to evaluate 2008 development parts.

The team also benefited from four additional Suzuki technicians who flew in direct from Japan to help evaluate the new components.
