Bol d'Or warm-up

There’s renewed hope for the British teams competing at the Bol d’Or 24 Hrs race today, Saturday, September 16, 2006, as dry conditions have seen the Diablo team jump from 32nd to 4th fastest, and Phase One jump up to 8th quickest.

The time sheets were headed by the Suzuki Castrol team, from Yamaha GMT 94 and Team Kawasaki Fuchs. Diablo’s Mark Rohtlaan put in the fastest time for the squad and lifted spirits before the start of what is likely to be a very long 24 hours. The weather for the race is rain showers during the early evening, then fog, followed by clear weather.
