Haga stays fastest

1 of 1

Cold and wet conditions for the second qualifying session at Magny Cours mean that Noriyuki Haga goes into Superpole top of the timesheets, as no rider was able to improve on first session times.

Many riders elected to skip the session, with the top three all remaining in their pit garages. of those that did go out onto the track, Troy Corser was fastest with 1:45.684, with Roberto Rolfo second fastest with 1:49.522. Corser was no doubt warmed by the fact he’s set to ride alongside Haga for Yamaha Italia in 2007.
