WSB tyre rules changed

Corrections have been made to the Superbike Technical Rules regarding the number of tyres used at WSB race meetings.

At each event, during free practices, qualifying practices, Superpole and warm-up sessions, a maximum of thirteen rear and nine front tyres may be used, with no limitation on the number of tyres for the race, and all tyres (slick, intermediate and wet) are included in the total.

The number of front tyres has been correct from 11 fronts originally included int he rules. The only exception may be if riders are given a red flag during Superpole for reasons beyond a rider’s control.
