Brits head first practice at Oschersleben

Neil Hodgson is leading the times from the first free practice for the Oschersleben WSB round this weekend.

The works Ducati rider completed 25 laps with a best time of 1:28.349. James Toseland is second quickest, just 0.05 seconds behind, with his HM Plant teammate Chris Walker in third.

Ruben Xaus is fourth, with Gregorio Lavilla in fifth. Lavilla is the fastest four-cylinder bike on the Suzuki GSX-R1000. Troy Corser is just outside the top ten on the Petronas FP1 and James Haydon is in 23rd position.
