MotoGP: Trackhouse Racing Aprilia unveil bright 2025 livery
Trackhouse Racing Aprilia has launched an all-new livery ahead of its second campaign in the MotoGP World Championship.
The American team replaced RNF Aprilia for the 2024 season, initially launching with an all-American style livery, kitted out with the red, white and blue of the United States. Later in there year, they swapped to a blue and silver design, not too dissimilar to that used by Suzuki prior to their MotoGP exit.
This year the Aprilia RS-GP’s livery is focused on the history of the Trackhouse Racing company, which began racing in the NASCAR Cup in 2021. It’s predominantly blue, with dashes of black and fluorescent yellow.
Raul Fernandez remains with the team for his fourth campaign in the premier class. Last season, Fernandez secured a best result of sixth in Barcelona having crashed out of the lead of the Sprint race that weekend.
“The new bike looks amazing,” Fernandez said. “I’m really happy to go out with these colours and I’m sure we will be well seen on tv and from the grandstands. It’s quite different to the rest of the grid. Also, it’s nice to have a huge brand like Gulf on board now.
“We have a new challenge, it’s a new year and we have new goals. This year will hopefully be a really nice one. We are all working hard – I was working on myself a lot during the winter and I think it’s going to be a great season. Let’s go and enjoy it!”
Following Miguel Oliveira’s departure to Prima Pramac Racing Yamaha, reigning Moto2 World Champion Ai Ogure steps up to MotoGP alongside Fernandez. Ogura has signed a two-year deal with the American team following his intermediate class triumph last season.
“First of all, I would like to say thanks to everybody at Trackhouse,” Ogura said. “I’m really happy that we can get the season started soon and I’m just excited about this year. It will be a big challenge for me, but I have my guys in the team, they are all motivated, the atmosphere inside the team is great.
“I can’t wait to start the first test in Sepang! Our design is absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to ride this beautiful bike and I’m excited to see what we can do this season.”
Ogura’s season begins at the Shakedown Test in Malaysia on January 31 – February 2, with Fernandez joining him teammate at Sepang for the official test on February 5-7.
This is followed by the Thailand Test on February 12-13, with the opening round of the 2025 season taking place at the Chang International Circuit on February 28 – March 2.
