Tickets are finally on sale for Day of Champions, MotoGP’s annual and much anticipated charity fundraiser held annually at the British round of the series at Silverstone.

Seeing all the top riders take to the stage for the legendary auction (where lots in the past have included Valentino Rossi’s doormat and the jacket off his back), the day also features a whole host of entertainment, including pit walks and live music.

And while changes in management have delayed the release of tickets, Andrea Coleman, founder of the new event organisers Two Wheels for Live, says it’s set to be an amazing event.

“Fans have been eagerly awaiting the news of Day of Champions 2016 and we’re delighted to now announce that Day of Champions will once again kick start what is set to be a fantastic MotoGP weekend at the Octo British Grand Prix.”

Exclusive paddock and pit-lane tickets cost £50 and include access to the paddock, the entertainment zone and the auction. Paddock and pit-lane tickets are limited; book early to experience behind-the-scenes of MotoGP as riders and teams prepare for the weekend ahead.

The entertainment zone activity gets under way with gates opening at 9.00am.  Fans can enjoy live music, stunt shows and interviews with the stars of the sport. Tickets start from £15 pre-booked and include access to the famous charity auction, taking you through to 8.00pm.

To buy your tickets and be part of the action, visit www.silverstone.co.uk or call 0844 3750 740.
