Rabat sets the pace at Aragon

Tito Rabat hasn’t won since Mugello but the Spaniard looks to be in strong form this weekend. Rabat was fastest ahead of final qualifying with Jonas Folger second fastest ahead of Alex Rins. Hafizh Syahrin was an impressive fourth with the Malaysian enjoying another strong session on his Kalex.

Sam Lowes was once again the main challenger to the hordes of Kalex bikes in the Moto2 field with the Briton fifth fastest. Mika Kallio, having his first race on the Speed Up, was tenth fastest and three tenths off the pace of Lowes.
