Vazquez sets Moto3 morning pace

Efren Vazquez was fastest in the Moto3 warmup with the Basque rider leading the way from his Leopard Racing teammnate Hiroki Ono. Danny Kent was fourth fastest in the session with the Englishman having his third chance to claim the championship today.

Having been caught out by team strategy yesterday, when it was Kent towing around Vazquez, the strength of the Leopard operation could play a key role in the outcome of the title fight if all three riders can get into the scrap for the lead.

Miguel Oliveira was seventh fastest in the 20 minute session that was a Honda benefit with the Japanese machines taking the top four spots.
