Navarro sets pace on opening day

With rain having fallen prior to the start of FP2 the Moto3 field gingerly took to the Phillip Island circuit this afternoon but with the conditions improving throughout the session Jorge Navarro set the pace from Brad Binder with morning pace setter, Miguel Oliveira, third fastet.

Title leader Danny Kent didn’t leave the pits during the session while Enea Bastianini was 11th fastest.
