Luthi quickest in Moto2 warmup

Thomas Luthi backed up his qualifying pace with the fastest time in morning warmup with the Swiss rider leading from the German duo of Jonas Folger and Simone Cortese. Sam Lowes was fourth fastest, three tenths of a seconds off the pace.
