Dani Pedrosa offered thanks to his fans in his weekly blog today and hinted again that he will be making his return to MotoGP action at next weekend’s French Grand Prix. Pedrosa, who underwent surgery for a long term arm pump problem following the season opening Qatar Grand Prix, is expected to come back with both HRC vice-president Shuhei Nakamoto and Livio Suppo saying to the media in Jerez that the plan was for Pedrosa to come back to action at Le Mans.

“It’s more than true that from the beginning, after all these weeks, you have been cheering me on and supporting me,” Pedrosa wrote in his blog. “These days after the tight Spanish GP, it’s been more intense that ever, and I could not be any more thankful for that. I’ve seen that in the stands there were support banners and messages of encouragement.  You have no idea how important this is to me during these moments.

“Now, I want to keep recovering. We’ve been working hard to stick to the recovery plan without skipping a single treatment and with our minds set on Le Mans. I’ll be back on my bike in no time!”
