Kent fastest ahead of qualifying

Late in the session Danny Kent put in a series of fast times to move to the head of the timesheets in Moto3. The Englishman has led every session before this afternoon’s all important qualifying session with Romano Fenati was second fastest and under a tenth of a second adrift.

Following on from his strong showing in Catalunya Jorge Navarro was third fastest with Alexis Masbou having an encouraging morning to end the session fifth fastest. Masbou’s Racing Team Germany teammate, John McPhee was 14th fastest.
