Knockhill BSB: Hill takes pole

Reigning champion Tommy Hill will start the first of tomorrow’s superbike races from pole position at Knockhill after setting the pace early in superpole.

Samsung Honda’s Michael Laverty will start from second on the grid after crashing in the final superpole session while on his fastest and final lap. Tyco Suzuki’s Josh Brookes completes the front row in third.

Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki rider Shane Byrne heads the fourth row, ahead of Ian Lowry and Noriyuki Haga.
