Randy de Puniet's girlfriend goes green

Lauren Vickers, the top model girlfriend of French MotoGP star Randy de Puniet, has thrown her weight and most of her clothes behind the Pramac Ducati squad’s environmentally friendly initiative for 2011.

Vickers posed for this special photoshoot to help promote the team’s eco-friendly campaign that started at the beginning of the 2010 world championship campaign.

The Pramac Ducati squad is also known as the Green Energy Team for its use of a solar and wind power in the paddock. The squad, which fields de Puniet and Italian veteran Loris Capirossi in 2011, also uses electric bikes in the paddock.

A team spokesman said: “Lauren is mother nature arriving in MotoGP to help represent the environmentally friendly strategy of the team.”

Having a scantily clad Vickers certainly draws attention to the campaign.
