Brno MotoGP: James Toseland still unsure on future

James Toseland has admitted he is still unsure about where his future lies as the MotoGP paddock reconvenes in Brno this weekend.
The British rider is desperate to stay with the Monster Tech 3 Yamaha squad in 2010 but is still waiting for a decision over whether he will be offered a new deal.
The 28-year-old, who scored a brilliant sixth place during the recent British GP at Donington Park, has also been linked with several World Superbike rides next season, with Yamaha, Suzuki, Ducati and Ten Kate Honda all expressing interest in the double world champion.
But Toseland told MCN in the Czech Republic today: “I’m still not sure what is happening for next year at the moment. Until I’ve had a yes or no from Tech 3 I can’t really do anything. As I’ve said before my number one objective is to stay in MotoGP and to stay with the Tech 3 Yamaha team. I think I deserve a place in MotoGP. I’m so happy at Yamaha and Tech 3. I’ve got a good job and because of that there are a lot of people wanting it. But I hope I’m doing enough to keep it.”
Randy de Puniet, Hector Barbera and Chris Vermeulen have all been linked with a Tech 3 move in 2010.
