Misano MotoGP: Talmacsi fastest in the 125cc practice session

Hungarian rider Gabor Talmacsi kicked off MotoGP proceedings this weekend by taking first place on the timesheets in this morning’s practice session at Misano.

I.C. Team rider Andrea Iannone was second quickest with a time just 0.142 seconds slower than leader Talmacsi. Spanish rider Nicolas Terol took third on his Jack 7 Jones WRB Aprilia.

Brit rider Bradley Smith put in a solid performance to take 4th place for the Polaris World Team. That left Spaniards Pol Espargaro and Joan Olive to take 5th and 6th respectively.

Fellow British rider Scott Redding was just over 1.3 seconds off the pace, ending the practice in 11th place on the timesheets.

Danny Webb finished 19th, 2.3 seconds off the pace, on his Degraaf Grand Prix Aprilia.
