Stolen bikes in Assen

Me and my guy went to Assen for the MotoGP: fab race and fab ride there, loadsa friendly bikers on the ferry and in Holland. But, and it’s a big but, we stayed in a hotel in Gronningen, got up Sunday morning and our precious bike had been stolen!

Unfortunately we weren’t the only ones; another guy had his taken too. Then we were told by the hotel that one had gone the night before. The Dutch police were very helpful and friendly but held out little hope for recovery of the bikes.

There were some friendly bikers in the same hotel who offered us support and kind words. I would just like to say a big thank you to them all.
