Beeb unveil '07 plans

All 18 rounds of the 2007 MotoGP world championship will be screened live on the BBC.

Coverage plans were confirmed by BBC MotoGP series producer Belinda Rogerson at the start of the IRTA test in Jerez today.

It includes continued live coverage of final qualifying which was introduced for the first time last season.

Flyaway races in Shanghai, Twin Ring Motegi, Phillip Island and Sepang will all be screened live on BBC One, and repeated again later in the day at 12.30pm on BBC 2.

All qualifying sessions for the European races will be beamed live on BBC Interactive, and the MotoGP Extra programme run immediately after races featuring extra analysis and insight will continue on BBC Interactive.
