Video exclusive: Toseland confirms move to Yamaha MotoGP

Here’s the world’s first video interview of James Toseland after he confirmed exclusively to MCN that he is leaving the World Superbike championship to race for Yamaha in MotoGP next season.

In the video you’ll see James say that the deal is done, that the past couple of days mulling the offer from Tech 3 Yamaha have been the worst ever and that winning the World Superbike championship he is currently contesting is as important as getting the right MotoGP deal with Herve Poncheral’s squad.

James spoke exclusively to MCN’s World Superbike reporter Michael Guy at the pre-Brands Hatch press conference at The Ivy restaurant in London late this afternoon.
