Rossi tops second day

Rossi stayed on top for the second day of official MotoGP testing at Catalunya.

The Yamaha Rider stayed at the top of the table for most of the day but was briefly ousted by a four way battle for the fastest lap.

First Colin Edwards went to 1:43.388 but Shinya Nakano was quick to take his Kawasaki one better at 1:43.245 only to see Carlos Checa come flying past with a 1:43.142.

But it was Rossi who saved his best till last taking the fastest lap of the day just 15 minutes before the end of the session.
