British GP will be huge

1 of 1

This year’s British GP looks set to be a huge event with pre-booked ticket sales predicting the turnout is going to be much bigger than last year.

With a month to go if tickets sales continue at the rate they are currently, organisers expect to see as many as 100,000 people turning up to watch the scortching racing at Donington.

That figure puts the race on a par with the Catalunya round last week and means that there will be around 30,000 more people there than in 2004.

Organisers have assured us that parking problems will be sorted for this year’s race so lets hope the higher numbers wont make the fiasco of last year any worse.
