A ride just like this – lapping Donington Park at race pace – had a reserve price of £2500 on MCN Auctions. But you can give yourself a chance of winning one by sending a text costing just £1.50. And all proceeds go to Riders For Health – just as the proceeds of the MCN Auction did.

The prize lands you a ride on the evening of Friday July 22 (after full GP practice).

The competition for the Ducati Desmo two-seater ride is open to all participants aged 18 or over.

The competition is open to UK residents only.

The competition will finish at 12.30pm on Thursday 21st July.

The Ducati Desmo two-seater ride will be on Friday 22nd July 2005 (terms and conditions apply). The winner MUST be able to be at Donington Park circuit at 3pm on Friday 22nd to take part in an evening ride.

The competition prize entitles the winner to participate in the two-seater ride and includes an entrance/paddock pass for the day of the ride ONLY. It does NOT include an entrance ticket or VIP pass for the rest of the GP weekend.

Passengers must weigh less than 90kg.

Passengers must pass a basic on-site medical check prior to the ride (there is no charge for this). You must also know your blood group.

All participants must attend a briefing with Randy Mamola before the ride.

Doctors and medical support vehicle(s) will be present during the ride.

All passengers must sign a waiver form before taking part.
