Harrison Crosby will make a wildcard appearance in the Pirelli Junior Superstock Championship this weekend at Brands Hatch.

Crosby finished fourth overall in the British Talent Cup this season, taking four podiums along the way, and took part in a test at Donington Park with the Synergy Racing Team last week.

Following a successful outing, Harrison, who is a member of Danny Buchan’s Pro83 Academy, will enter the Superstock class as a reward for his efforts.

“I am excited to team up with Synergy Racing for the final round of the Junior Superstock Championship, Crosby said. “Having ridden a Honda NSF250R the past three years, I am thrilled at having the opportunity on Synergy’s Kawasaki ZX6.

“I first met the team at Donington at my final round in the British Talent Cup and was very optimistic. The test at Donington was brilliant giving me some crucial track time on the bike. I worked well with the team and am so excited to be taking part at Brands Hatch at the final round of the BSB championship to demonstrate my potential on a bigger bike.

“I want to say a big thank you to the Pro 83 Academy and its partners as this would not be possible without their support.”

The Pro83 Academy was created by Buchan and business partner Gary-Lee Hoebeeck at the beginning of the year, with Harrison joining Quattro Group British Supersport Championship rider Zak Corderoy and CIV R6 Cup rider Evann Pendrill within the setup.

Team manager for Synergy, Graham Carter, added: “Following a meeting with Harrison and his family at Round 10 at Donington, the team felt there was potential for a great match. Back at Donnington GP circuit, testing went better than expected.

“Harrison took to the bike like an old pair of slippers and by lunchtime we had the bike dialled in leaving Harrison to Bond with the Kawasaki and ready for a wild card entry at Brands. Watch this space!”
