BSB: O'Halloran: 'It's all to play for now!'

Jason O’Halloran is looking to kick-start his 2017 season at Oulton Park after securing a spot in the title fighters’ Showdown.

It’s been a tough year for the Aussie and his Honda team as they’ve struggled to find competitive pace with the all-new Fireblade, but consistency has paid off for O’Halloran as he bagged the final spot in the Showdown at Silverstone last weekend.

“I’m glad to have made the showdown for the second consecutive year,” said O’Halloran. “The championship almost starts again now and we have seven races over three rounds and it’s all to play for really. I’m looking forward to Oulton and to see if we can challenge these boys for podiums and some wins.

“It’s not been the easiest of years but we’ve made the most of it and the bike does keep getting better, our new fairing made a big improvement so hopefully we’ll be able to make a step forward in the final rounds.
