BSB: Free Monster Energy Fans' Thursday to kick off Brands Hatch

This weekend’s sixth round of the 2017 MCE British Superbike Championship will kick off with the annual Monster Energy Fans’ Thursday event, with the gates to Brands Hatch thrown open for free ahead of all the on-track action.

The Monster Energy rig will be set up in the entertainment zone for a live chat show throughout the day with all the MCE BSB stars, kicking off at 14:00 with none other than reigning champion Shane ‘Shakey’ Byrne.

From then, all riders will be on stage in ten-minute interval until the show closes with Gearlink Kawasaki’s James Westmoreland at 16:50. All riders will also participate in autograph sessions following their time on stage.

There will also be a two-hour pitlane walkabout from 15:00-17:00, allowing fans the opportunity to take a glimpse into the BSB team garages as they prepare for the weekend’s action.

On top of that, from 17:00 the entire Brands GP circuit will be open for the official track walk.
