The 2015 MCE British Superbike championship will come together for the first time this season on Thursday, with the only British pre-season test scheduled for just one week prior to the first round of the championship.

The one-day test will be the first time that all the title contenders will take to track together, with Shane Byrne and Ryuichi Kiyonari facing off against the new and revolutionary new Milwaukee Yamaha R1 of Josh Brookes.

And the event is open to the public. Kicking off at 9am on Thursday morning, the whole circuit and pit area (with the exception of the infield area, which is still undergoing work) will be open – and access is free!

The crucial test comes jsut days before the opening round fo the championship the following weekend. The series moves from its traditional opener at Brands Hatch to the Derbyshire circuit, and looks set to be one fo the closest fought titles in years, with a massive forty strong grid.
