Jentin switch to Honda with Brogan

BSB Evo champion Steve Brogan will race a Jentin Honda in BSB this year.

Brogan won last year’s inaugural Evo title riding a Jentin BMW but since losing their direct tie up with the German company’s UK importer to Buildbase, Jentin have switched to Honda.

Brogan said: “With no BMW backing for us to go into BSB this year, Jentin looked at switching to Honda. I’ve got a lot of history with them and they were willing to help us with technical data and give us a good base setting for when we go testing in Spain. So it’s a good deal for us.

“I’ve ridden a Blade in superstock trim and a BMW with a stock engine and the Honda is a better all-round package.

“In stock form the Honda has better low down power and the chassis balance is better. Josh proved how good the Blade is when he smoked the BMs in the Silverstone Superstock race.”
