Rob Mac Racing switch to K-Tech suspension
The Motorpoint Henderson Yamahas of Chris Walker and Graeme Gowland, and Michael Rutter’s North West 200 Coca Cola Zero will be equipped with K-Tech suspension in BSB this year.
K-Tech is one of the leading suspension specialist companies serving the BSB paddock (both Ohlins and Showa equipment) but has branched out as a manufacturer in their own right.
Their new fork, was successfully tested at last year’s end-of-season Brands BSB round on Karl Harris’ Rob Mac Racing R1, features a fully pressurized cartridge inside the forks. The team previously used Ohlins equipment.
K-Tech developed the cartridge during British Supersport last year with title–winner Glen Richards.
K-Tech has also developed a new shock but have yet to release technical details.
