Camier fastest but threatens there’s more to come

Leon Camier demoralised the opposition when he set the fastest time in today’s free practice session at Cadwell Park – a whopping 1.11s quicker than his closest rival, Ian Lowry.

Camier’s best lap this afternoon on the Airwaves Yamaha was a 1:27.91 compared to Ian Lowry’s best on the Relentless by TAS Suzuki of 1:29.02.

But Camier’s rivals must be wondering what they have to do to catch the runaway BSB series leader – especially after he said: “The bike just seems to get better and better each through today’s two sessions.

“There are still one or two things to work to get it even better but everything is going well.

“I’m just aiming to continue as we did at Brands but if I can’t win the races on Monday, then I want to pick up as many points as possible.”
