1 of 1

Stuart Easton put MSS Discovery Kawasaki up into the top ten in Friday practice, with the team making bounding improvements over the first weekend’s performance at Brands Hatch.

MCN caught up with MSS team boss nick Morgan to find out what’s changed from Brands.

“We’ve been doing a lot of work on the geometry.

“Sorting the balance of the bike has been the biggest change, and it looks to have worked.”

Easton ended the first day in seventh with team-mate Billy McConnell in 11th.

“Stuart looked really comfortable,” added Morgan.

“The more comfortabl they are on the bike the faster they’ll go.

“We’ve spent a lot of time working on the motors, too.

“Last year we spent a lot of money freely – this year we’re working more methodically and checking the data.

“We haven’t got the budget as may teams here o we have to pick and choose what we want.
