Billy McConnell was fastest this afternoon for British Supersport at Mondello Park
Yamaha’s Billy McConnell knocked four seconds off his time from this morning to go fastest in the second free practice for British Supersport at Mondello Park.
Billy McConnell recorded a 1:53.727 this afternoon on a wet Irish circuit, just over a second ahead of Honda’s Jamie Robinson who was on a 1:54.948.
Michael Laverty (Suzuki) jumped up from 10th to third as he went round in 1:55.131, more than five and a half seconds quicker than his time this morning.
The whole field was quicker this afternoon with this morning’s slowest time in the British Supersport coming from Glynn Thomas with a 2:15.374, whereas this afternoon’s slowest time was from Gary Robinson on a 2:07.676.
