Croft British Supersport: Michael Laverty goes fastest at Croft

Michael Laverty was the leading rider in the British Supersport practices at Croft today by taking the fastest lap in both sessions.

The Relentless Suzuki rider, winner last time out at Mallory Park, recorded a best lap of 1:23.748 in the first session and managed to take 0.7secs off his time in the first session.

Virgin Media Yamaha’s Billy McConnell was the second fastest rider in both sessions with a 1:23.916 in the first session and went faster with a 1:23.144 in the second practice.

Bike Animal Honda’s Ian Hutchinson was third in free practice one with a 1:24.183, while Relentless Suzuki’s Ian Lowry was third fastest in the second session with a best lap of 1:23.166.
