Video: Joey Dunlop oil painting timelapse

Popular motorcycle artist Billy Art has released a timelapse video showing just a small part of what goes into creating one of his amazingly detailed oil paintings.

The video focuses on the helmet and face of Joey, which starts off looking quite rough, but ends up almost looking photo realistic. The painting depicts Joey during the Ultra Lightweight TT race in 2000 – his 26th and final win round the Mountain course.

Officially endorsed by the Dunlop family, a limited number of prints will be available in A4, A3 and A2 sizes priced at £35, £35 and £45 respectively.

I don’t know about you, but I could watch these videos all day.
