Rizla Suzuki wasted no time in giving new-signing Tom Sykes a shakedown ride on their 2008-spec GSX-R1000 race bike at Mallory Park this week. Tom Sykes had a full afternoon of riding on Wednesday during an open test day and then got two hours on Thursday before gusting wins and torrential rain brought the test to a halt.
