Welcome To The Lausitz Ring

I’m just jumping on a plane but wanted to catch up before I go to Brno…

Lausitz, you would think, has everything but it just doesn’t have wireless for a start, so it was goodbye blog when I got to the hotel! Next morning the going was as tough as it always is at Lausitz, it’s a strange track, but we tested the electronics and on day one everything seemed just fine.

The company providing the electronics to the team are providers of electronics for cars usually so it’s been a learning curve for us all! 287 laps in 3 days later and we’re happy.

Lausitz really doesn’t have a lot at all, but what it does have is Gummi Bears, and every night before bed they seemed to appear on my pillow. Not complaining! The weather was gorgeous out there, looking out onto the track and literally seeing the heat is something that money can’t buy…
