Minimotos at NEC Show

Legal and legitimate minimoto riders will get a boost with the news the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show will showcase the positive side of racing at the 2006 show in Birmingham.

The minimoto features has been one of the most popular areas in recent years with approximately 3000 visitors traing the bikes in 2005 on the specially-constructed indoor track, which is run by Mini Moto Racing.

“The minimotor feature demonstartes the responsible and proper use of the bikes,” said Craig Carey-Clinch from the MCI. “They are a part of our industry and it naturally makes sense to promote them in a safe way at the show. All of us in the industry object to the dangerous misuse of any kind of two-wheeled machine.”
