Sponsor a BSB racer

Your business could sponsor British Superbike rider Steve Brogan as he prepares for his 2006 race season.

Brogan, 25, from Liverpool, is currently second in the Privateer Championship, and 15th overall in British Superbikes. But he is looking to compete at an even higher level in 2006.

“We’re trying to raise sponsorship from companies to enable me to compete right up against the top teams,” said Brogan. “With the right backing, I can see myself getting into the top five.”

Brogan has raced since the age of 14, winning the Superteen Series and National 600 Championship en route to BSB. he needs a minimum of £100,000 for bikes, mechanics and a manager, but is looking for more.

“£300,000 would enable us to put together a more professional set-up with a full-time support team. We would also be able to test in Spain with the new bikes and tyres before the season starts.”
