Knight's enduro double

1 of 1

David Knight began his defence of the British Enduro Championship with two wins and a limp at the Breckland Enduro on March 5 and 6.

Competitors battled against snow, ice and rain over the two days. Knight was the first rider to tackle the first test of the opening day, and the tricky conditions meant that he could only past the third quickest time before recovering on the second and third stages to take the win on the first day.

The second day saw an easier ride for Knight, aside from clipping his foot on a tree stump he hadn’t noticed. He was able to ignore his swollen right foot to top the results at the end of the day by 17 seconds. He leaves the round with two wins as he heads to Italy for the second round of the Italian Enduro Championship to prepare for the start of the World series.
