Kiyonari does the double

The HM Plant Honda duo of Ryuichi Kiyonari and Michael Rutter dominated the Knockhill round of British Superbikes with Kiyonari taking two wins and Rutter two second places.

In both races it was the two Honda riders that held the lead with the other riders having to settle for a fight for the final place on the podium.

Race one saw the Stobart Honda of Michael Laverty take third place followed by Glen Richards, Leon Haslam, Gregorio Lavilla and John Reynolds.

Third place in race two went to the Airwaves Ducati of Gregorio Lavilla followed by Michael Laverty, Leon Haslam, John Reynolds, Glen Richards and James Haydon.
