Valentino Rossi has won the Grand Prix of Malaysia, carving out a significant lead over second placed man Max Biaggi.

Rossi qualified on pole position and went on to dominate the race putting himself firmly in the lead in the championship with closest rival Sete Gibernau finishing the race in seventh.
