James Haydon took second place but not without having to hold off Rizla Suzuki rider Yukio Kagayama, who eventually had to settle for the thrid spot on the podium.

Kagayama’s team-mate and pole man John Reynolds finished in fourth with Privateer John Kirkham putting in an amazing effort to finish in fifth.

The raincame down for race two and made it a much closer affair with James Haydon just managing to hold out to take the win by 0.4 seconds over Monstermob Ducati rider Sean Emmett.

This time it was reynolds time to take third place coming home just over a second behind Haydon, while Michael Rutter finished in fourth on the Honda Fireblade just a second and a half down on Reynolds.

Yukio Kagayama and Scott Smart crossed the line just 0.2 seconds apart to take fifth and sixth repsectively.
