Workshop to train your racing brain

In racing, it’s said, the competition is rarely won on the Tarmac, but in the space between the rider’s ears. So, if you want to give yourself a mental edge ahead of next season’s racing season, you’d better book yourself in for one of mindracing.com’s workshops.

The workshop takes the form of a day-long series of seminars at Donington Park on February 8. Ashley Scott, the ACU Academy’s performance psychology coach, will conduct proceedings.
