Alongside revealing the new twin-cylinder Moto Guzzi Stelvio at Eicma 2023, Piaggio Group bosses also went to the trouble of pulling the covers off a revised Vespa scooter range.

Now fully compliant with Euro5+ emissions rules for 2024, the combustion engined scooters get revised styling, new colour options, and – in some cases – the ability to connect your mobile phone to a smart colour TFT dash.

Vespa Sprint S - front

Available in a range of options from 50 to 150, the updates can be found in the firm’s Primavera and Sprint S line-ups, with both parties receiving a revised handlebar block in a new shape alongside fresh grips to aid control. All will come with a conventional key system except from the Primavera Tech, which gets keyless entry. Expect full LED lighting, too.

All of the scoots will roll on a set of fresh rims, with a five spoke set-up applied to the Primavera, and six spokes reserved for the Sprint S. The former will also receive a new crest on the mudguard, with other changes including new seats finished in updated materials.

The bikes are also further distinguished via their colour schemes, with the Primavera receiving five main body colour choices complimented by chrome finishings. The Sprint S meanwhile gets a set of dedicated graphics and bold black details, depending on your choice of main colour.

Elsewhere, both the Primavera and Sprint S will feature a part analogue onboard display incorporating a 3in LCD screen.

Vespa Primavera S - dials

This is with the exception of the Primavera Tech 125, 150 and swappable battery Elettrica which all get a 5in TFT screen that can be connected to a smartphone via the Vespa MIA app for calls, music, navigation, and more.
