Thornton Hundred Works reveal £38k bespoke built 120bhp Evo Bobber limited to just 25 units

Thornton Hundred Motorcycles have launched their first fully bespoke build, the Evo Bobber. The Milton Keynes custom builders, also known as TH Works, have built a reputation creating custom machines using Triumph Bobbers as a base. The Evo Bobber, planned to be in the hands of its first owners by April 2025, takes the operation into new territory, showcasing an all-new chassis designed and built from scratch by TH Works to offer more accurate handling than the original setup.

“We are producing 25 first-edition Evos, which feature lots of carbon fibre components such as the tank, wheels and airbox,” TH Works owner Jody Millhouse told MCN. “They’ll be produced as we take orders; we’ve sold 50% of our allocation already.”

TH Works’ decision to build a fully bespoke machine represents not only a push forward in terms engineering expertise, but also in improving value for money for the customer, as Millhouse explains.

“We’re known for modifying Triumphs. The problem with that is having to throw 70% of the bike away. That drives up the end price and limits what we can design. We now have zero design limitations, allowing us to produce a bike with much better handling and power characteristics. Most Triumph Bobber owners complain of poor suspension travel and ride quality. The Evo fixes all these issues.”

The Evo retains the Triumph engine, but power from the 1200cc twin is boosted from 76.9bhp to a far more exciting 120bhp by the fitment of different cams, clutch, gearbox and exhaust.

The initial run of 25 Evo are priced at £38,000 each.
