Hero Xpulse Concept unveiled

Hero MotoCorp, the largest two-wheel manufacturer in India, have unveiled a new adventure concept at the Milan Show, dubbed the Xpulse.

Hero have revealed very little information about the concept, (well, they’ve revealed exactly none), so we can only tell you what we can see. This being an adventure bike, it’s got a large 21 inch front wheel, which means Hero are serious about this bike having off-road potential.

As is quickly becoming the norm the round headlight houses LEDs and there’s a small flyscreen to keep a bit of wind off the rider. The bike appears to be powered by a single-cylinder engine, although we’re not sure of the capacity.

In terms of practicality the bike comes with something rarely seen on bikes in the modern era – a centre stand. That will no doubt come in handy for maintenance, but could impact ground clearance.

In terms of protection the XPulse gets a beefy bash plate and engine bars, which also holds a single fog light.
