Suzuki announce UK price for new V-Strom 1000

Suzuki has today confirmed that the retail price for the long-awaited new V-Strom 1000 adventure bike will be £9999, plus on the road charges.
 
Making the announcement, Suzuki GB general manager, Paul de Lusignan said:  “There’s been a great deal of speculation surrounding the price of the new V-Strom. Thanks to the great efforts of our engineers and colleagues back in Japan, I am pleased to confirm a recommended retail price that brings exceptional value to this segment of the market, but without compromise.”

“UK customers will also get the opportunity to see the early production-ready machine in the metal throughout October and November.

“We’ve been lucky enough to secure two models prior to the launch that will begin a tour of the UK, visiting authorised dealers every night during October and November. Details of these can be found on our website now.”
 
Potential customers can also begin their decision process on colours, with Suzuki GB confirming the colour schemes coming to the UK market. The three options available will be – Candy Daring Red, Pearl Glacier White and Glass Sparkle Black.
