Yamaha X-Max 400 due next month

Yamaha has revealed details of its new X-Max 400 scoot, which will be going on sale in the UK at the end of May.

Key features of the new model, which is based on the current X-Max 250, are a 400cc engine offering a claimed 54% power increase and over 60% more torque than the old X-Max 250, a new fairing and instrument panel, dual 267mm front disc brakes and LED lights front and rear.

Price has been confirmed at £5399, £1000 more than the 250.
