Win this Yamaha YZF-R1!

Yamaha is celebrating 50 years of GP racing by giving away this custom painted YZF-R1.

The one-off Altamura paint job is accompanied by Akrapovic pipes and – if the prospect of a free thirteen grand sports bike isn’t enough for you – they’re even throwing in two VIP passes to the Silverstone round of this year’s MotoGP.

To enter, visit an authorised Yamaha dealer on Saturday 28 May, when events are planned across the country to celebrate the racing semicentennial.

Runners up in the “Celebrate 50” competition will receive official Yamaha team gear or one of 25 pairs of general admission tickets to Silverstone. If you’re not lucky enough to win, there’s the prospect of “goodie bags” to cheer you up.

Winners will be notified on Friday 3 June.
